10M 20M Geodesic Dome Tent for Event and Greenhouse with PVC Fabric

The 10M and 20M geodesic dome tent was designed as the watermelon shape fabric cover, we made 6 sets 20M and 8 sets 10M dome tents for the agricultural greenhouse planting project, at daytime, the sunlight can go through the transparent part of the plant during the day for photosynthesis, and at night, the light inside the dome tent can be used for event and lighting show to attract people for travelling.
The ventilation system was designed with several pcs of glass windows in opposite positions for air flowing.The 10M geodesic dome tent was installed with single open glass door while the bigger 20M with double open glass door matched with the keys.

For the big geodesic dome tent, we should use the big raw materials. We use the thick and reinforced double layer steel coated white which is anti-rust an strong enough to against the heavy rain and wind when the dome was set in outdoor for a very long time, the cover of the fabric was a whole with transparent part and white part to be weld.

The frame of the 20M geodesic dome tent was steel coated white with thicker material, we treated the steel carefully with the accurate angle for the dome structure during the process. Our workers are all professional and concentrate their attention on the details of the dome.

The dome roof cover is 850g/sqm white with transparent 1000g/sqm PVC fabric which has the black-out layer in the middle of the fabric, to make the top of the dome against sunlights, and the transparent can pervious to lights.

The 20M geodesic dome tent designed with double layer glass door while the 10M with single glass door, the glass door is tempered and we add the aluminum frame with white coated which seems more beautiful and high quality.

Our engineer was sent to customer’s side to help them to set the geodesic domes up, all the dome tents cost about 10 days for installation. Besides for greenhouse, the geodesic dome tent has more usage, for big event, projection, exhibitions, restaurant etc.. It can be used for nearly 10-15 years, and the big geodesic dome tent is 100% waterproof, fire resistance, UV-resistance, it has many advantages that it’s veru popular and best sell in the world.
